Cleaning the ice cube tray
The ice cube tray cannot be removed and therefore has to be moved into the cleaning position.
Clean the ice cube tray before switching off the ice cube maker for a long time. Regularly remove ice and water residues.
Before selecting the cleaning position for the ice cube tray, check the following:
The ice cube maker is switched on.
The ice cube drawer is empty and in position.
Follow the instructions below to move the ice cube tray to the cleaning position:
Tap on (Settings mode).
Swipe left or right until is shown in the middle (setting the ice cube tray cleaning position).
Tap on (setting the ice cube tray cleaning position).
If the ice cube drawer is full, will appear on the display (ice cube tray is full). The process will stop and the ice cube tray will return to its original position.
Empty the ice cube drawer and start the process again.
If the drawer is not full, you can start the cleaning process.
After tapping on (setting the ice cube tray cleaning position), it will take some time to move the ice cube tray into the cleaning position.
Wait approx. 20 seconds.
You will hear the ice cube tray rotating into its cleaning position.
After approx. 20 seconds or when you can no longer hear the motor, remove the top ice cube drawer.
Clean the ice cube tray and the ice cube drawer with lukewarm water and a little washing-up liquid.
Wipe thoroughly with clean water and dry with a cloth.
After cleaning is complete, insert the ice cube drawer back into the appliance.
You will hear the ice cube tray return to its original position.
Once the ice cube tray has stopped moving, the symbol will appear on the display (information display).
Tap on (information display).
Cleaning has been successfully completed.
To leave this Settings level, tap (leave settings level).
