Where can I find help on using Alexa?
There are different ways to get support when using the Miele skill:
When you activate the Miele skill via the Alexa skill store, you can refer to the skill description to see how the Miele skill can support you in your daily life.
Here you can also find example expressions as to how you can direct the skill.
Please note that the skill is being constantly updated and new capabilities are therefore being added.
You can find details on these in the “What’s new” section in the skill description (only visible when you use the Alexa app, not the Amazon website).Visit the Miele website and learn about the capabilities of your Miele assistant, examples of how to use it and ideas for Alexa routines with your Miele appliances.
Simply say “Alexa, open Miele”.
You will then get an introduction with information about how your skill can support you and how to call up the functionalities.Say “help” at any time when you are interacting with the Miele skill or, if you are not interacting with the Miele skill, say “Alexa, ask Miele for help”. You will then get support and examples of how to use the skill.
