Miele@home is not set up.

On the time display of the washing machine or tumble dryer, noC lights up when the MobileStart programme is selected. The abbreviation noC stands for “no Connection”.

Check on the router whether the WiFi is active.
If necessary, restart the router and any repeaters or WiFi amplifiers.
Check whether the signal reception strength at the installation site of the washing machine/tumble dryer is sufficient. If the signal strength is insufficient, use a repeater or WiFi amplifier.
If the above points do not help, reset the WiFi on the Miele domestic appliance to the factory default settings and network the domestic appliance again.

Switch the Miele domestic appliance off and then back on again.
Re-network your Miele domestic appliance. For further information, please refer to the operating instructions for your domestic appliance (see the “Miele@home” section in “Before using for the first time”).
Once successfully connected, Con will light up on the time display.
