The smart feature is deactivated on your oven.
Check whether the camera and food recognition feature are activated in the oven settings.
If you cannot find the “Food recognition” menu option or the option has already been activated, switch the oven off and back on again.
Also check whether your oven is connected to your WiFi.
If the problem persists, briefly disconnect the oven from the power supply and then switch the oven back on.

If food recognition is still not working, contact the Miele Customer Service Department.
