Light coloured and shiny bakeware is not very suitable for the M Chef + Conventional heat and Conventional heat operating modes.
Dark, matt bakeware is best for baking.
It is best to use metal bakeware with M Chef operating modes if possible.
Bakeware made from silicone, glass or ceramic and bakeware with a silicone underlay may prevent the underside browning sufficiently.
