Reset the time of day and date.
To set the time of day, proceed as follows:
Select the Settings menu from the main menu. Settings cannot be changed while a cooking process is in progress.
Select the Time of day menu option. Numbers can be entered by swiping the roller or by using the numerical keypad.
Set the time of day in hours and minutes.
Confirm with OK.

Set the day, then the month, and finally the year.
