Push in water container until it engages

Push the water container in until it engages appears on the coffee machine display.

The water container is not positioned properly in the coffee machine.

Remove the water container.

Push the water container back into the machine.

The water container was not correctly filled for descaling.

Fill the water container up to the mark.

The water pipes are clogged.

Perform or repeat the descaling process.

Refer to the operating instructions for the descaling process.

Check whether the water hardness set on the coffee machine corresponds to the actual water hardness on site.

After you have corrected the fault, switch the appliance off, wait for a moment, then switch it back on.

You can now resume using the appliance as you wish.

If the fault message still appears on the display, repeat the steps.

If the fault persists, please contact us or book a repair appointment online.
