No milk/milk froth

The coffee machine does not dispense milk or milk froth.

The milk in the milk container is too hot.

Always use cold milk (<10 °C).

The milk container is not fitted correctly.

Carefully push the milk container into the coffee machine as far as it will go.

The milk suction tube for the milk container lid is loose or has not been inserted correctly.

Push the milk suction tube onto the milk container lid as far as it will go.

Make sure that the milk suction tube is secured firmly on the milk container lid.

The stainless steel bolt for the milk valve is encrusted with milk residue.

Disassemble the milk valve. Proceed as follows:

  • Press the latches on the left and right-hand sides of the milk valve holder. Pull the holder forwards to remove it.

  • Pull the stainless steel bolt upwards and out.

Soak the stainless steel bolt in warm water and a little washing-up liquid.

Clean the stainless steel bolt thoroughly by hand or in the dishwasher.

Assemble the milk valve. Proceed as follows:

  • Insert the stainless steel bolt from above.

  • Insert the holder and silicone seal until they audibly click into place.

Make sure that the Rinse the milk pipework automatic programme is always carried out in full.
