No water or very little water is being drawn in.
Remove the water container.
Fill the water container 3/4 full with fresh drinking water.
Insert the water container into the coffee machine and remove it again repeatedly (10–20 times).
For appliances from serial number 152922013 onwards:
Check the filter in the water intake valve. The filter in the water intake valve is located in the recess for the water container.
Clean the filter if it is dirty. To avoid the risk of unpleasant flavours, clean the filter with water only; do not use cleaning agents.
Then descale the coffee machine.
