Preparation1. In a large mixing bowl mix together the mashed banana, egg, sunflower oil and buttermilk. 2. Sieve in the plain flour, salt and bread soda. 3. Add the whole wheat flour, sugar, fruit and nuts. 4. Mix well and divide between the 2 loaf tins. 5. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes until golden. 6. Turn onto a cooling rack and allow to cool before slicing.
