Ingredients400 farfalle pasta Dressing 4 tbsp green olives, processed to a paste Zest of 1 lemon 180ml lemon juice 125ml extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar Tuna 300g thick tuna steak Sunflower oil Salt and pepper Vegetables 1 cucumber, seeded and finely chopped 1 green pepper, finely chopped ½ red onion, finely chopped 1 red chilli, seeded and finely chopped 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

Preparation1. Select a solid steam tray, spread out the pasta and just cover with water. Steam on a 100% steam for 12 minutes. Toss well with olive oil and set aside. 2. Lightly oil the tepanyaki with sunflower oil. Heat on the highest setting. Oil and season the tuna steak. Cook on both sides to your liking. Allow to rest before thinly slicing. 3. Mix the dressing well. Toss through the pasta and add the vegetables and mint. 4. Gently toss in the tuna, season and serve immediately.
