Preparation1. Place the sweet potato on a perforated tray and steam on 100% steam for 18 minutes. 2. Gently melt the butter, honey, ginger and orange zest together in a pot on the induction hob. Add the steamed sweet potato and mash roughly with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
