Preparation1. Steam the cod on a 85% steam for 7 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper. 2. Blitz all the salsa ingredients in the food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Ideally leave to stand for a period for flavours to infuse. 3. Serve cod with a dollop of salsa.
