Preparation1. Heat the oil in the wok and stir-fry the chicken until cooked. Set aside in a clean bowl. 2. Then add the broccoli and 2 tbsp water to create steam, stir for a minute before adding all the other vegetables. Cook for about 3 minutes until just tender but still crunchy. 3. Add the chicken and all the sauces to the wok and heat through. 4. Serve with basmati rice steamed according to Miele recipe.
