Preparation1. Place the rhubarb, water, sugar and ginger in a pot on the Induction Hob. Cover and boil vigorously for 5 minutes. 2. Add the strawberries and cook, uncovered for a further 2 minutes. 3. Remove the ginger and allow to cool. 4. Pile whipped cream on top of the pavlova and then the cooled fruit. 5. If you prefer the fruit warm, serve the cream separately and just pile the fruit on top of the pavlova.
