Preparation1. Steam the French beans on 100% steam for 4 minutes. 2. Refresh with ice water. 3. Whisk together the dressing and check for seasoning. 4. Lightly toast the almonds in a clean dry pan on the induction hob until lightly toasted. 5. Toss green beans with dressing and herbs. 6. Scatter over apricots and toasted flaked almonds.
