Preparation1. Heat a little oil in the wok. Stir-fry the meat in batches on 12 until browned but not cooked through, remove and set aside. 2. Add a little more oil and stir-fry the onion, ginger, garlic and broccoli for 3 minutes. 3. Mix together the soy sauce, sherry and sugar and add to the wok. 4. Return the beef and heat through. 5. Garnish with cashew nuts and serve with steamed basmati rice steamed in a Miele Steam Oven.
