Preparation1. Heat the oil in the wok. Add the onion, ginger, chilli and garlic and stir fry on 6 until softened. 2. Add the pak choy and sauces and wilt down the soft part of the leaves. 3. Serve with steamed basmati rice steamed in a Miele Steam Oven.
